L'Argonella è una colonica del 1700, immersa nel verde, un piccolo borgo che un tempo ospitava più famiglie che hanno vissuto qui di generazione in generazione.

Le camere mantengono il fascino delle antiche case di campagna: travi di legno e pavimenti in cotto, un imponente camino e mobili antichi. Si affacciano su quella che era l’“aia”, ed adesso è una terrazza dove trascorrere ore di pigro riposo. Lauro era l’antica casa dei contadini e il suo grande camino ne rende l’atmosfera romantica intima, perfetta per una coppia. 2 persone.

Pervinca era l’essiccatoio dell’uva bianca usata per il dolce Vinsanto. Perfetto per chi voglia ritrovare l’atmosfera delle case di altri tempi, con travi di legno e pavimenti in cotto. 2 persone.

Gelsomino era il vecchio fienile e puo’ ospitare fino a 4 persone in camere e accoglienti, ampia zona soggiorno bagno con doccia. 4 persone. Nel giardino si gode del verde e dei fiori, ci si ritrova intorno al barbecue, si sceglie un angolo tranquillo per leggere, chiaccherare...o per un pisolino. Argonella is a little farm house on a hilltop, with two country houses in the middle of vineyards, olive trees and with a breathtaking view on the country, Vallombrosa and the valley of the river Arno. Argonella rooms have been restored recently and they are part of an ancient Villa located just a few km from Rignano’s village.The suites maintain their Tuscan country style appeal: wooden beams and cotto tiles, huge fire place, antique furnitures. They overlook the “aia”, the ancient front house meeting place, now place where you can spend relaxed hours. Gelsomino was the old barn and now can host up to 4 persons in charming and large bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom with shower. Lauro was the ancient farmers home and the big fireplace is there as temoinage of old times. The atmosphere is unique and cozy and perfect for romantic holidays. Pervinca was the driing room for the grapes for Vinsanto sweet wine. Perfect for family and couple there is the past times atmosphere with wooden beams and cotto tiles united to modern kitchen and bathroom with shower. Long stay holidays prices on request.

The green garden is full of flowers, you an meet around the barbecue or have a quiet corner to read, to chat, to..…have a nap. Little swimming pool. In Argonella we can organiste on request horse back riding, cooking classes. We can reserve restaurants, museums, guides. Florence is only 20 min drive, Sienna only 1 hour drive.

Torre a Cona si trova sulle colline che circondano Firenze, nella zona vitivinicola del Chianti Colli Fiorentini. Immersa nel verde, in una suggestiva posizione panoramica, con vedute a perdita d'occhio su vigneti e oliveti, è il luogo ideale per una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante, ma nello stesso tempo a breve distanza dalle città e dalle attività culturali. Centro di tutta l'attività della fattoria è la Villa, posta sulle pendici della collina. Tutto intorno, si raggruppano le antiche case coloniche, fra le quali si trovano, quelle dedicate all'agriturismo in un verde e rilassante paesaggio. Le case sono state ristrutturate con particolare attenzione al loro tipico carattere di colonica toscana, con travi a vista e pavimenti in cotto. L'arredamento è curato e confortevole, con stoffe di Designers' Guild, Laura Ashley, Sanderson, Soulejado e altri. Non mancano i comfort: tutte le case hanno cucina ben attrezzata, frigorifero, forno elettrico o microonde, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, TV color, barbecue e giardino privato ombreggiato con ampia vista sulle colline. A Torre a Cona non mancano le occasioni per fare attività sportiva: si affittano mountain bikes, è possibile fare bellissime passeggiate a cavallo nel maneggio che dista pochi km, giocare a Tennis, calcetto, fare del fitness, rilassarsi in sauna o idromassaggio nel Tennis Club convenzionato nelle vicinanze. Per i più piccoli è a disposizione il piccolo parco giochi. Il paese più vicino è San Donato in Collina e dista soli 700 metri. Nel paese si trovano alcuni negozi di alimentari, bar, fruttivendolo, edicola, ufficio postale. Nel paese di Troghi, a 1 km da Torre a Cona, ci sono farmacia, sportello bancario, area di servizio e altri negozi. A Torre a Cona è possibile visitare le cantine e il frantoio , seguire corsi di cucina, corsi di restauro e pittura, organizzare passeggiate guidate, tour alla scoperta di una Firenze e di una Toscana insolita e visitare le aziende artigiane.

On a hilltop in the heart of the Florentine hills, 10 km only from Florence, Torre a Cona has a stunning view over the surrounding countryside. The estate offers lovely rural houses and apartments (from 2 to 14 persons) recently renovated, next to a 17th century Villa in a green and quiet countryside. They have been carefully restored keeping their special farmhouse character and have been tastefully furnished in Tuscan rustic style; there are beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. They all have well equipped kitchens, dishwashers, washing machines, color TV, kitchen ware and linens. Each of them has a private outdoor shaded sitting area with garden furniture and barbecue. Il Ginepro è situato nel cuore della Toscana, circa 20 km a sud di Firenze, sulle colline del Chianti che si affacciano nella valle dell’Arno. La posizione in leggero declivio e l’esposizione a sud permettono di godere della splendida vista del Pratomagno e delle colline del Chianti fino all’orizzonte in compagnia del sole dell’alba al tramonto. Soggiornando a VILLE I CIPRESSI è possibile gustare i prodotti enogastronomici che hanno reso famosa la Toscana, primo fra tutti il Vino Chianti e l'olio d’oliva, di grande qualità e fragranza con cui si preparano i gustosi piatti tradizionali tra cui la ribollita, la bruschetta e la zuppa di farro.

Dalla sala pranzo si esce in giardino; qui troviamo un bel loggiato con tavolo e sedie, per mangiare all'aperto o per rilassarsi leggendo un libro, dopo un tuffo in piscina.

A completare il primo piano, c'è una camera da letto, con letti a castello e un bagno con doccia.

Al secondo piano, ci sono due camere da letto, una con letto matrimoniale e una con due lettini singoli e un bagno con vasca. Tutte le stanze sono molto spaziose e piene di luce, da ogni finestra si gode di una vista meravigliosa. Un lato della casa guarda sulla piscina e sul bosco che la circonda; l'altro lato, guarda sui vigneti del Chianti e sul monte San Michele. Ogni villetta è dotata di: ampio posto auto privato; loggia coperta con tavolo e sedie per pranzo all'aperto, giardino privato con accesso diretto alla piscina, impianto di riscaldamento autonomo; biancheria, impianto tv satellitare, cucina attrezzata con frigo, congelatore, forno a microonde, forno elettrico, piano cottura e dotazione completa di stoviglie e piatti.

La piscina è stata costruita nel 2001, misura 14x7m. ed è profonda 1,4m. Un angolo di questa è riservato all' idromassaggio, dove vi trovano posto 4 persone, comodamente sedute. Dall' altra parte della piscina, c'è una magnifica terrazza completa di gazebo, da cui si gode di una vista meravigliosa. Qui potete prendere il sole, sdraiandovi sui comodi lettini.

Being located within the Chianti Classico area, it is possible to taste the products that has made this area so famous, Chianti wine being the most obvious, but not overlooking Olive Oil and the simple but delicious dishes such as Ribollita (vegetable soup with bread), Bruschetta (Garlic bread with tomatoes) and Zuppa di Farro (a soup made with pulses).
Ville I Cipressi were built in 1998 to a very high standard in the traditional Tuscan style and therefore combine modern comfort with the regions traditional architectural heritage. On the ground floor you will find a large living area equipped with a comfortable settee and armchairs, a compact kitchen divided from the dining area by a sliding door. From the dining room there is a covered patio with table and chairs for "al fresco" dining . A bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with bunk beds complete the ground floor.

On the first floor there are two double/twin bedrooms, and the bathroom complete with a bath and internal shower. The bedroomas are both very spacious, with polished wooden floors (the ground floor is paved in Terracotta), one overlooking the swimming pool at the rear, while the other has a fabulous view of "Mont San Michele", the highest peak within the Chianti area, and the surrounding vineyard ridden countryside. Each house has it's own private parking space, private garden with direct access to the swimming pool, central heating, a fully equipped kitchen including a large fridge/freezer, microwave and ample work surfaces. The pool, built in 2001, is 14 metres long by 7 metres wide and is 1.4 metres deep. In one corner there is a small jacuzzi with sufficient space for 4 people. At the othere end of the pool there is a beautiful terrace, with a gazebo,having a wonderful view and ideal for a bit of sunbathing.

The building has been completely restored and it is now divided into several independent apartments, all of which have a separate entrance and an open place in order to enjoy the quietness and the view of the landscape. Apartments are provided with central heating for wintertime and with all the facilities of modern comfort, yet maintaining by furnishing and style the spirit of typical tuscan country-houses. At the Fattoria guests can find a bowling lane, 2 swimming pools both for children and adults, a Laundromat, a pay-phone, mountain bikes and TV-sets. From Pratale, located on the hills near Florence and only fifteen minutes away from the city, many excursions can be made to the innumerable places of cultural and touristic interest; since the estate is not to far away from the highway Florence-Siena. In the village of Sambuca, 3 km away from Pratale, are shops, art & craft studios and inns. In close proximity lies the ancient abbey of Badia a Passignano, worth seeing its cloister and crypt, dating back to the year 1000. Il Country Resort Guadalupe è un agriturismo in toscana immerso nel verde tra un ampio uliveto e la terra coltivata a grano, è dotata di un grande giardino a disposizione degli ospiti e di una piscina con zona idromassaggio circondata da gazebo per il dolce riposo.

L'agriturismo è composto dal Palazzo Orcenni con 11 residenze e dal Palazzo La Cipriana con 5 residenze di prestigio.

Le residenze del Palazzo Orcenni del piano terra sono dotate di loggia e piccolo giardino, mentre quelle del piano primo sono dotate di ampia terrazza a loggia collegata al soggiorno oltre a mansarda destinata a camera con vista.

Le residenze del Palazzo la Cipriana sono una diversa dall’altra e sono dotate di ampie logge, o porticato o di grande terrazza a torretta.

Tutte le unità sono dotate di aria condizionata caldo freddo, connessione internet wifi e telefono e Tv. L’entrata nelle residenze è tramite budge ed è controllata con sistema automatico.

Le residenze possono essere su uno o più livelli e situate al piano terra o primo piano, tutte corredate di ampie logge abitabili, terrazze con vista panoramica e circondate da piccoli giardini

Guadalupe Country resort is completely surrounded by green: a large olive grove and cultivated wheat fields which also offers a spacious garden to guests as well as a pool and an area with a Jacuzzi encircled by gazebos for a particularly pleasant moment of relaxation.

The farm in maremma is made up of Palazzo Orcenni with 11 residences and Palazzo la Cipriana with 5 more luxurious residences.

Palazzo Orcenni’s ground floor apartments come with loggias and a cozy garden, while those on the first floor have a spacious corridor balcony leading to the living room in addition to a loft intended for bedroom with a view.

Palazzo la Cipriana’s residences are all different from the other and are built with expansive loggias, arcades or a large terrace with small tower.

All apartments come equipped with air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi internet connection, telephone and television. Entry to the apartments is by Badge and its access control is automatic.
